Objective
The objective of the course is to give the participant a good understanding of important prerequisite programs and the risks associated with these. This knowledge is necessary for a collective understanding of food safety.
Target group
The target group for this course is everyone in the food value chain who handles a product that ultimately ends up as food for the consumer / customer.
No prior knowledge is required to take this course.

Exam
After the course, the participant should
Have knowledge of, and understanding of, the prerequisite programs that must be in place when food is produced and to ensure safe food. One should also have acquired a basic understanding of what hazards can arise if prerequisite programs are not followed up, as well as understand the company's food hazards.
Upon completion of the e-learning course, you can download a course certificate as documentation of completed training.

The course takes about 50 minutes to complete.
